Cooper Consumer Health is a leading independent European OTC player focused on the development, manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of branded OTC products mainly in the antiseptics (Betadine), digestive health (Duphalac), women health (Saugella), calming & sleeping (Valdispert), beauty food supplements (Oenobiol, Lashilé Beauty), VMS (Mag2, Vitascorbol, Dagravit, Roter), cholesterol management (Armolipid), oral care (CB12), footcare treatment (Excilor), amongst others.

The Global Marketing Manager will be part of the Global Marketing team and will lead the global strategy, innovation and global toolkits including communication assets. This role gives a unique opportunity to build a brand with strong consumer relevance, supported by breakthrough product launches, and with significant growth potential.

 
Key Responsibilities :

 
· Global Brand strategy:

-Elaboration of 3yr strategy and plans
-Based on strong country learnings 

 
· Development of activation toolkits and ATL/BTL guidelines
 
-Development of media brand playbook
-Development of communication campaigns and ecommerce assets
-Packaging development and/or updates driven by regulatory changes.

 
· Country performance tracking and recommendation

 
-Set of clear KPIs for success
-Strong performance tracking and analysis at category level (MS, financials, consumer response etc.)
-Post analysis, learnings, and recommendations

 
PROFILES 

· 6-8 years Marketing and brand building expertise
· Preferably experience within pharmacy channel.
· Successful track record: Proven success track record to deliver successful projects and like-for-like growth.
· Fluency in English is a must, other European languages is a plus.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience articulating strategies and outcomes to senior leadership, demonstrating the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at the executive level.


 
WORK EXPERIENCE

 
· Has worked in central/global marketing roles and/or in local roles with an element of new product development and collaboration with global team.
· Has successfully mastered stakeholder management in complex matrix organizations
