Votre mission
The International Business Unit HCP Lead H/F will report to the International DERMO COSMETIC & PERSONAL CARE BUSINESS HEAD.

Location : Lavaur, France

Main Mission :
- This position has as a key objective to improve our Dermatologists and overall Doctors recommendation of our PF portfolio products
- In order to gain market share and win in the markets, our brands need to win with the Doctors, the pharmacists/retailers and with the HCPs/Doctors. This position is all about improving the way we partner with Doctors to :
- On one side get insights and inputs from the HCPs from the markets
- On the other side, ensure that HCPs are well trained and engaged with our DCPC brands
- Strong partnership with the Medical Direction and Medical Affairs, DMPC and DCPC BU to ensure that our medical reps teams in the markets maximize the most relevant global materials developed by Global
- Whenever needed, this position will have to adapt / create assets that are relevant for the HCPs of the BUI markets, in alignment with the Global Medical teams
- This position will lead everything that is related to HCPs in the BUI region :
- Starting by the Segmentation of the HCPs. We need to ensure a consistent and coherent segmentation of Doctors across regions and markets
- Based on this Segmentation, we need to prioritize A tier of HCPs :
- Improve the quantity of visits
- Improve quality of visits
- Have a different resource allocation towards these Doctors, i.e. in regards to Congresses, interactions, and engagements
- This position will also work on maximizing PF unique competitive advantage of cross-fertilization between DCPC and MC portfolios. PF should come to the Doctors as One company, with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for Acne, as well as Eczema - both in DCPC as well as Medicines
- The objective of this position is also to optimize the operations of our Medical Reps teams in the markets. Ensure that we have a competitive number of medical reps vs competition that work effectively and efficiently with the local HCPs
- Need to improve ways of engaging with HCPs, considering more effective and efficient ways of interacting with them (i.e. Digital platforms).
- Contents and Assets towards HCPs : Need to ensure that we have the right contents and assets to reach HCPs, assets that are relevant and of interest to HCPs. Need to plan for a calendar of assets/content to engage with HCPs throughout the year.
- Key performance indicator : Net Promoter Score / Derm recommendation levels, Market Share, Medical reps teams productivity

Qui êtes-vous ?
Experienced needed :
- Previous experience in HCP engagement / HCP Marketing in a relevant company from the industry, ideally in the DCPC and MC categories
- Previous track record of improving recommendation levels of HCPs and improving market share
- Previous experience of leading/supporting regional teams (multi-markets experience)
