After successfully implementing a new global Learning Management System (LMS), we aim to transform the learning journey of our 50,000 employees worldwide. We are seeking a talented Senior Learning Experience Manager for this pivotal role. This individual will BE instrumental in shaping our digital learning content strategy, with a focus on continuous learning, personalization, and fostering peer-to-peer learning and expert communities.
Define and Animate the Global Digital Learning Roadmap :
* Collaborate with business owners, HR managers, and subject matter experts to identify the skills, capabilities, and knowledge needed for employees.
* Design concrete digital learning paths and develop high-level pedagogical content and experiences using various modalities.
* Lead global Learning Projects from Design to Delivery.
* Coordinate the review, updates, and optimization of our strategic digital learning programs (e.g., onboarding programs, functional academies) to meet evolving learning objectives.
Help creating a New Learning Culture Within the Group :
* Create the conducive conditions to foster an environment that encourages social learning and peer-to-peer learning (eg. by empowering internal experts to share their knowledge).
* Help establish sustainable expert communities and functional academies to maintain knowledge sharing over time.
Continuously enhance and optimize the digital learner experience :
* Contribute to developing tools and templates aligned with GEODIS University branding to ensure a consistent "look, feel, and learner experience" across different modalities and audiences.
* Handle the animation and content maintenance of our learning management system.
* Understand and analyze learner experiences, connect results to performance measurements, and propose corrective actions.
This is a newly created position that currently does not involve direct team management.

Your profile :
A Bachelors or Graduate Degree in a'human development field' and 7+ years of professional experience in a Learning & Development global function
* Approach to designing engaging digital learning experiences that align with a broader Learning strategy and priorities of the business
* Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, pedagogical engineering, and digital learning techniques.
* Knowledge of the 360Learning platform is a plus
* Excellent communication, marketing and community management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various levels of leadership and employees.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset to assess learning effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
* Fluent French & English
