Votre mission

As the new Nordic Market Access & Pricing Manager your main task will be to manage market access & pricing projects according to company strategy and pipeline with the purpose to ensure that all appropriate patients who would benefit, get rapid and maintained access to Pierre Fabre´s medicines, currently in Oncology, Dermatology and soon also within OAB.
In cooperation with Local consultants and the Nordic market access & Pricing Dir, you will work with development of reimbursement/HTA applications for new products or indication extensions in close collaboration with local and global functions (HEOR, Medical Affairs and Commercial). This includes full responsibility and project lead of the processes in terms of managing communication and requests from all HTA agencies, from submission to end negotiations.
Furthermore, your primary responsibilities will include:

Provision of market access expertise to support commercial strategies and campaigns and ensuring that market access requirements are embedded within the brand plan.

Management of reimbursement renewals related to Finland.

Management of Tender opportunities, creating business cases for internal approval and submission of tender bids

Serve as a member of the cross-functional brand teams.

Keeping yourself updated regarding the market access environment and on key trends in the Nordic countries, and the impact for Pierre Fabre products.

Develop relationships with key influential authority bodies to optimize chances of success in the above activities.

Monitor local pricing issues, assess risks and opportunities, and communicate to global & local stakeholders to develop appropriate plans.

Handling of price changes to the Nordic pricing and reimbursement authorities.

Maintenance of internal planning and price/reimbursement databases.

Ethics & Compliance: Aid team to ensure all materials such as tender plans & reimbursement dossiers developed, implemented, and effectively administered are consistent with Pierre Fabre´s corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical SOPs.
You will join Pierre Fabre´s market Access Team for the Nordic region. You will report to the Nordic Market Access & Pricing Director.
The position as Nordic Market Access Manager also includes extensive cross-functional collaboration resulting in a broad knowledge of the Pierre Fabre Medical Care portfolio.

Experienced Market Access Manager with Nordic outlook
You have a master’s degree in for instance Business & Administration, Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, and several years of experience in a similar role within Market Access/HEOR. We are looking for a person with experience in managing processes with multiple internal and external stakeholders within a Nordic setup. You have demonstrated resilience in handling challenging situations and have a track record of driving projects to success. Knowledge of the Nordic Health Care systems, financing systems and HTA pathways and guidelines is a must. You understand scientific data and how it can be utilized for market access purposes.
As a person, you are trustworthy, self-driven, focused, and have strong decision-making capabilities. You have great interpersonal skills and a big network within the field. The successful candidate will have a high level of integrity and professionalism and be able to handle high-pressure situations effectively and methodically. Furthermore, you are thorough and meticulous and can prioritize independently.
You are fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish and have full capacity to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. In general, you have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Most likely you are native to the MS office suite esp Excel.
