Allié des marques, les Opérations développent et recherchent toujours les solutions les plus agiles, innovantes, efficaces et responsables pour répondre aux exigences spécifiques et à la diversité des consommateurs.

Votre profil :
- Un étudiant en Master (Ecole d'ingénieur / Ecole de commerce / Université)
- À la recherche d’une alternance d’un an
- En capacité de fournir un contrat d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation émis par un organisme de formation
- Parlant couramment anglais ou français.

Un échange de 30 minutes avec un recruteur pour mieux découvrir votre personnalité et déterminer s’il y a des opportunités qui matchent avec votre profil.
En fonction de l'échange, vous aurez l'occasion de rencontrer lors d’un échange de 45 minutes à 1 heure, votre potentiel.le futur.e manager pour un deuxième et dernier entretien afin de discuter des missions confiées.

By joining the Supply Chain teams, you will deep dive in Operations, whose métiers contribute to the growth of L'Oréal, from product development, sourcing, production to the distribution of all the Group's products. Your apprenticeship will allow you to discover one of these three fields:
- Manufacturing Supply Chain
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

With distributors and consumers’ growing demands (personalization, service, management of various delivery modes, etc.), and the growth of e-commerce and freestanding stores, the supply chain has become a business driver, at the heart of the product and service offer.
